भूने खुंब बनाने की विधि।

  1. सारी सामग्री एकत्रित कर लें और खुंब को त्रिकोण के भागों में काट लें।.
  2. मखन पिघाल कर इसमें लहसुन और प्याज़ भून लें।
  3. अब इसमें खुंब (मशरूम) और अजवाइन के फूल (सूखे हुए) डाल लें।
  4. नमक और काली मिर्च डाल के अच्छे से पका लें।
  5. नमकीन क्रैकर्ज़ के साथ या खाने में सब्ज़ी की तरह परोसें।
