Fantastic Spaces

Kai Chi is unique and has much to offer for different formats. It lives up to its promise of great food and pet friendliness with some great ambience.

Kai Chi – The Himalayan Kitchen Review – Here Open Spaces & Delectable Food Welcomes.

Kai Chi Cafe brings a breath of fresh air (literally speaking) in thoroughly chocked out Gurgaon. It is spread over an acre of farm greenery with almost 80% open area. And yes, cool fresh air blows through this area every evening. Moreover, Kai Chi is pet friendly and your pooches are allowed to play around freely.

Kai Chi also has an air-conditioned indoor restaurant that is very aesthetically designed and decorated with artefacts from all over. Must see is their wall of masks. It is heavenly to sit indoors and savour delectable food from their kitchens in this sweltering heat. Apart from walk-ins the indoor facility is also often given out for workshops and trainings.

Kai Chi serves both Indian and Himalayan inspired menus. Their tandoori items like Tandoori Chicken & Chicken Tikkas and Lentils (both Yellow and Black) are a must try from the Indian menu. When you pair these with a Chicken main course and some very crunchy Garlic Naans, you are stuffed in no time.

While ordering from the Himalayan cuisine, don’t miss the succulent and juicy Momos (Pork! Yes), Shapta (stir fried meat with vegetables) with Ting Mo (steamed pyramidical bread) as well as the Shapale (fried meat pie). They also have a sweet version of Shapale (honey stuffed) that is a must try for everyone with a sweet tooth.

Moreover, considering it is spread over an acre, Kai Chi is a significant venue in its own class for you to host your private parties with a specially curated menu to suit your tastes and budgets. I am told that they also do specialty breakfasts with a prior booking.

To Sum-It-Up: Kai Chi is unique and has much to offer for different formats. It lives up to its promise of great food and pet friendliness with some great ambience. The best part is you can buy and carry your own drinks too from the adjoining wine shop. So pick up your hooch and pooch and head over to Kai Chi.
