Gulgule | Golden Fried Savories
Gulgule are golden fried blobs or dumplings made with a batter of moong dal. Hot batter is dropped into oil and is deep fried into Gulgule. These are a popular snack in North India. They are also called, Ram Laddus. Gulgule or Ram Laddus are salty and sour and are served with green chutney and grated radish.
