Cheese Oregano Omelette – For Your Scrumptious Breakfast

Here is the simplest possible recipe for a Cheese Oregano omelette. It is no fuss, simple to make and awesome way to start your day. It uses goodness of dry oregano herb which has culinary as well as medicinal benefits. You can use your preferred cooking medium, vegetable oils or even butter to make this recipe.

It doesn’t need grated cheese so that is a task avoided. However, if you wish you can always grate in some cheddar. I pair this two egg cheese oregano omelette with three slices of toasted brown bread. You can replace brown bread with the bread of your choice. Adding bread ensures I do not have craving for more food till it is time for lunch. You can also pair this omelette with my deliciously healthy Banana Ginger Smoothie for a complete and satisfying breakfast.

Tip: Be careful of salt you add to the eggs since oregano also contributes its native saltiness to the dish.

Process to make Cheese Oregano Omelette

  1. First of all get your ingredients together.
  2. Now, finely chop green chillies.
  3. Break two eggs and beat them with a fork or an egg beater in a bowl.
  4. Add oregano and green chillies to the bowl and beat well till eggs are fluffy.
  5. At the end, add salt to suit your taste and whisk well.
  6. Heat olive oil in a frying and pour the egg mixture to it.
  7. Spread the egg mixture a bit keeping the round shape. This allows omelette to cook evenly.
  8. Once you see the omelette drying on the top, give it a flip with a flat spatula.
  9. When the other side is cooked, flip it back again and place the cheese slice on the left side.
  10. Fold in a half moon shape and remove from fire. The cheese keeps on melting as you plate the omelette.
  11. Serve with toasted bread of your choice. I used brown bread but there are no restrictions. Have a great start of the day.

चीज़ अरेगनो ऑम्लेट बनाने की विधि।

  1. सारी सामग्री एकत्रित कर लें।
  2. हरी मिर्च को बारीक काट लें।
  3. अंडों को अच्चे से फेंट लें।
  4. अरेगनो और हरी मिर्च को अंडों के साथ अच्छे से फेंट लें।
  5. अंत में नमक डाल लें और फेंट लें।
  6. तेल गरम करें और फेंटे हुए अंडों को उसपे गोलाई में फेला लें।
  7. नीचे की परत पाक जाने पर ऑम्लेट को पलट लें।
  8. ऊपर की परत पाक जाने पर ऑम्लेट को फिर से पलट लें।
  9. चीज़ स्लाइस को आधा कर के बायीं तरफ़ बिछा दें और ओमलेटे को आधे चाँद की तरह मोड़ लें।
  10. आप यह चीज़ मसला ऑम्लेट ब्राउन या अपने पसंद की ब्रेड के साथ खा सकते हें।
  11. सुबह का नाश्ता एंजोय करें।
